Even before studying I already knew I wanted to work in the corporate film industry!
My name is Marius Grobecker, I´m 24 years old and I’m currently studying creative business
at NHL Stenden in Leeuwarden.
Even before studying I already knew I wanted to work in the corporate film industry, so I
started an mbo level education in media production and advertising. During this I met some
friends with the same interest as me and we started a small video production company
together to do freelance work to improve our practical knowledge. From these founding
days in 2017 the company evolved into a full media production company with a distinct
focus on video content.
EditionONE GmbH produces high-quality media content for social media, trade fairs or
events. Our broad in-house expertise stretches further than most production companies:
next to traditional film production we have experience in providing our clients with custom-
tailored media display solutions for events and trade fairs as well as online distribution of
content. As a skilled film production company we are able to adapt to the style of our clients
in a heartbeat and thus we are able to produce video content for any branch imaginable.
Despite this we have developed a particular skillset to produce films for industry and
production based businesses as these can be quite demanding, i.e. through difficult on-
location situations, hard to see processes etc. These circumstances often require a high level
of creativity and flexibility, both on a technical and visual level.
I hope through De Noorderlingen I will clarify the business strategy behind editionONE and I
can improve the event business operations. The goal is to have a coherent strategy setup
that incorporates marketing for all aspects as well as setting the companies future.
